Job Description - Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Sales managers are oftentimes expected to travel. - Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed - Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts - Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education. - Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. - Determine current sales and marketing opportunities - Create Sales and Marketing plan - Develop sales strategies and tactics to meet the sales target - Be responsible for daily sales and marketing activities - Visit new customers to promote the company’s products and services - Work with Technical team to do product demos for customers - Work with Technical team to create quote to meet customer requirements - Feed back to internal teams on customer needs to improve quality of service - Perform other duties and related tasks as assigned by the management team - Maintain Weekly and monthly sale report to management team - Make sure sale team has a good communication with customer and support - Other duties as required by manager Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field - 5 years’ experience in sales management role - Strong oral and written communication skills - Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm systems, access controls, or other related technologies knowledge is a plus. - Self-motivated able to work on own initiative. - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer - Excellent presentation skills - Self-confident able to speak to senior managers - Computer literacy with MS Office, internet and Email - Willing to take on challenges and work in an intensive working environment
