Roles and Responsibilities


● Schedule & manage service appointments for water purifier installations, maintenance, and repairs.
● Set up reminders for regular filter changes & send timely notifications to customers.
● Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and resolve minor service
issues.
● Monitor and manage the stock of filters and other essential parts.
● Keep accurate records of inventory levels, placing orders to replenish stock when necessary.


Requirements


● Good skills in computer such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive.
● Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a technical service or
maintenance company.
● Problem-solving skills to handle scheduling conflicts & inventory challenges effectively.
