Roles and Responsibilities


• Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business needs to achieve the company's KPIs and objectives.
• Develop relationships to create and nurture opportunities with new/ potential and existing dealers/partners.
• Track feedback, pain points and synthesize customer insights to develop new engagement strategies in the long-run.
• Build, engage and manage relationships with dealers within the assigned territory, continue building their confidence and trust in the company brand.
• Grow the number of the subscribers and revenue within the territory assigned through cooperation with the distributor and dealers by ensuring superior company product quality, awareness & availability and brand visibility via all company designated sales channels.
• Ensure effective coordination with the appointed Distributor in the assigned region to ensure that the distributor fulfils its obligation in making company product available in the territory through mass distribution.
• Set direction for the regional team.
• Work to structure regionalized strategies to capitalize on opportunities- Develop local/ territory-relevant engagement propositions to drive sales at the dealer channel.
• Regularly participate and engage with stakeholders and consumers at the community level.
• Communicate closely with trade and cross-functional teams on market intelligence, service updates, customer challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor and report sales goals/targets/KPIs in line with company's objectives.
• Review activities for strengths and weaknesses and take corrective action when necessary.
• Plan and execute engagement activities in collaboration with the distributor and dealers in the region to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Ensure smooth operation of the regional team by providing clear guidance to the direct reports, training and coaching them on a regular basis; readily support and lead by example in order for the team to achieve the set targets.
• Utilize the Sales Information system on a daily basis to monitor the team's performance and adherence to the route plan and other agreed metrics.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all the regular and ad-hoc reports; gather, consolidate and communicate to the management any relevant feedback on conducted campaigns in the territory, brand and product awareness as well as competitor activities: escalate through proper channels any issues that cannot be resolved at the Lead of Region level.
• Extend full support and cooperation to the appointed Distributor's counterpart by advising on the best practices/ approach to engage dealers, providing guidance on managing the distribution within the territory, including team management and adhering to processes; timely communicating all the relevant company updates.
• Lead/Drive company Brand awareness and visibility within the Territory through working with Trade Marketing on specific POSM material and quantity require by the region.
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the management.
• Reporting to: Head, Consumer Sales.
• Lead: 2 area sales managers.


Requirements


• University degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, retail sales, wholesale sales, or a proven track record of sales success.
• Understanding of sales planning and forecasting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• High energy, competitive spirit, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation.
• Strong drive for execution, initiative, and follow-through.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality results.
• Self-motivation to continuously learn and grow.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Integrity, a can-do attitude, honesty, commitment, and resilience.
