Sales & Channel Management:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy: This includes defining target markets, setting revenue goals, and identifying the most effective channels for reaching customers (e.g., direct sales, retail partnerships, modern trade channels).
● Build and manage a robust dealer and partner network: Recruit, onboard, and train dealers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed. This may involve providing training, marketing materials, and ongoing support.
● Establish clear performance expectations: Set sales targets for dealers and partners, track their progress, and provide regular feedback and support.
● Leverage data and analytics: Utilize data on network coverage, population density, and customer behavior to identify high-growth areas and optimize sales efforts.
● Plan and execute efficient routes: Optimize delivery routes and schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency for both Mobile and ISP services.
Brand Visibility & Loyalty:
● Plan and execute BTL marketing activities: Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective below-the-line marketing campaigns, such as promotions, contests, and local events.
● Enhance brand visibility: Develop and distribute high-quality Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to dealers and retail partners to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
● Build customer loyalty: Implement localized campaigns and initiatives to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Dealer & Partner Incentive Programs:
● Design and manage attractive incentive programs: Create and implement incentive programs that motivate dealers and partners to achieve sales targets and promote desired behaviors.
● Regularly review and refine programs: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make adjustments based on dealer performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Process Optimization & Digitization:
● Digitize sales and distribution processes: Implement digital tools and technologies to streamline sales processes, reduce paperwork, and improve efficiency.
● Introduce real-time tracking and reporting: Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to track sales performance, monitor dealer activity, and make data-driven decisions.
Training & Channel Development:
● Conduct comprehensive training programs: Develop, deliver and manage training programs for dealers, partners, and frontline sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
● Implement quality control measures: Conduct mystery shopping surveys and gather customer feedback to assess dealer performance and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting & Insights:
● Provide regular updates to management: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, dealer productivity, and market trends to senior management.
● Track key performance indicators (KPIs): Monitor key metrics such as sales volume, revenue growth, customer acquisition cost, dealer churn, and market share.
Handling Both Mobile and ISP Business:
● Develop a unified sales strategy: Create a comprehensive sales strategy that effectively addresses the unique needs and challenges of both Mobile and ISP services.
● Leverage cross-selling opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell Mobile services to existing ISP customers and vice versa.
● Optimize sales channels: Determine the most effective sales channels for each service and tailor sales efforts accordingly.
Door-to-Door Sales:
● Develop effective door-to-door sales strategies: Design and implement effective door-to- door sales campaigns for both Mobile and ISP services.
● Train sales teams: Provide comprehensive or collaborate with Sales Trainer to train door-to-door sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
● Monitor and evaluate performance: Track key metrics such as conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and sales productivity to ensure the effectiveness of door-to-door sales efforts.
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● A master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
● Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in telecom, FMCG, or a similar industry, with a focus on sales, distribution, or channel management.
● Proven track record of building and managing dealer networks and achieving sales targets.
● Strong expertise in channel sales management and trade marketing.
● Excellent analytical skills, especially in interpreting network and market data to identify growth opportunities.
● Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
● Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for sales tracking and management.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Highly results-driven with a strategic mindset.
