Introduction


Summary: To contribute on the Company & Happy User Team Human project. I guarantee the availability and
quality of administrative services and office operation to ensure the satisfaction of teammates. I’m the
ambassador to promote company value and boost team member happiness.
1. Give the best image in supporting company teammates, customers, partners, visitors.
2. Data management of supplier and office expenses to minimize the loss and cost control.
3. Improve the effectiveness of admin services by reducing the operational parts & increase added value.


Roles and Responsibilities


Collective activities:
● I organize Cambodia recruitment and career fairs.
● I organize closing/launching meetings, mid-year meetings, workshops, holidays celebration, project
meeting in collaborative with concerned topics.
● I negotiate and demand with suppliers to bring the best price and good service to the teammate.
● I manage all office expenses data, work on debit notes, payments and do the reports to the finance team,
HR team when needed.

Working Environment:
● I boost sportive culture of the company by providing easier access to sports practice internally and
externally.
● I ensure office equipments in good condition.
● I am responsible for site decoration to guarantee the comfortable working environment within yearly
budget.
● I manage the purchasing of stationery and daily supplies (water, tea, coffee, etc.)
● I am trained in LEAN management and I coordinate actively for a clean and efficient working
environment.
● I ensure all the functions of the building run in good condition: Office, meeting rooms.

Welcome and Communication:
● I provide warm and high-quality welcome to internal and external visitors in line with our company
culture.
● I help the integration of newcomers on our administrative services and make them faster autonomous.
● I support making badges, business cards, recruitment or related communication materials (posters, etc.)

● I work all the relative BU to more easy connected and learn about Internal Amin/HR tools.
● I follow up with teammates on office & admin rules, guidelines, SOP...; make sure they understand and
practice.
● I alert managers and team members about outstanding issues and advise them how to improve.

Travel and Mobility:
● I provide and optimize the air ticket/hotel/car rental booking tool and procedure.
● I regularly provide travel report to the team and give professional business travel solutions.
● I provide efficient and accurate processing of all types of visa requirements for all employees.
● I facilitate the foreigner employee’s administrative management, and respect local legal guidance.
● I manage the vendor to guarantee the security, the service and the best value/price.
● I manage the corporate transport of staff.
● I support the activities related to business trips of teammates & visitors such as visa, flight, hotel, travel
insurance.
● I provide support to EXPATs & their family members on resident card, passport, Visa of their mobility

Health and Safety:
● I coordinate with site OP leader to launch the evacuation and ensure the site security;
● I manage the office staff pantry and ensure it runs in the condition of safety;
● I guarantee company assets and work with finance team to do FA inventory in every end of year
● I manage suppliers with a high level of demand for the best service and efficiency.
