Roles and Responsibilities

● Accelerate the digitalization to boost the omnichannel business
● Enhance our omnichannel experiences with our teammates and customers
● Improve yourself by taking more responsibilities and creating more values
● Continue empower the process but challenge the flow
● Monitor and analyze the error and improve
● Create unique, personal, and loyalty-building experiences for our users through different communication channels
● Responsively interact with users’ inquiries and offer effective solutions to any requests
● Retain current users, attract more users and improve sales through active engagement proactively and creatively with the team
● Sharing and implementation of user centric strategies
● Be trained and skilled in the advanced process to be able to lead the day for online customers.
● Work closely with my eCom operation team, last mile team, and OSl to ensure the customers’ order information is valid for the preparation
● Track and monitor the orders’ progress with status information
● Ensure the picking, packing, and cashing respect to the lead time and <1> ● Respect the logistics pick-up routine with the packing process
● Communicate with delivery companies to pick up the orders respected to our lead time promise or other consequences

Requirements

● Computer Software Skill: Intermediate (Google tool & Basic Excel Skill)
● Speaking: English & Khmer (intermediate level)
● Typing: English & Khmer (intermediate level)
● Reading: English & Khmer (intermediate level)
● Social Media Usage: Intermediate
● Teamwork
● Fast-learner
● Flexibility/Adaptability
● Leadership
● Good Communication with the team and customer
